Little Falls Mountain Walk

Walk The Mountain With Us!

Come join your fellow residents of Little Falls and Strubensvalley on a relaxing 2 hour walk starting at 8am at the Little Falls Ridge Nature Reserve.

After parking at the greenbelt on Witwatersrand rd at 7:30am, participants will walk up to be briefed at the entrance to the reserve on the corner of Witwatersrand Street and Montrose Avenue.

There will be two routes commencing at 8am, a family route (approximately 2.5km) which will be suitable for children, and a moderate route (approximately 5km to 6km.) It is suggested that children above the age of 10 join in, accompanied by their parents (parents to use their discretion accordingly.)

Our tour guide for the morning will be Andy, an active resident who has been instrumental in setting down trails for hikers on our mountain. He will be teaming up with BCI Security who will "lead the pack" with their K9 unit.

This invitation is extended to all residents of our community.

Please bring along enough water, snacks, sun protection and whatever else is needed to ensure a comfortable experience.

LIFCO is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation with an exco and different committee members serving entirely voluntarily with no pay and for the benefit of the whole community of Strubensvalley/Little falls, whether they are a homeowner or a tenant.
