Community get together for an Easter bunny hop
LIFCO community held an Easter bunny hop for the children of Little Falls.
The children had a blast with the special activities planned for them, including ‘pin the tail on the bunny’, bunny hop, bunny run, and many more. After they completed all six of the activities, each child received a surprise Easter bag with chocolate eggs, specially made for them, and naturally, the Easter Bunny also made his appearance to spend time with the children.
“We organised this community meet to bring joy to the children and residents of our neighborhood. The kids loved it and I think the adults had fun too! We’re aiming to bring the people of our community together, one event at a time – a united community is a strong community.
“We want to thank our LIFCO committee members for all the wonderful planning and organization, the Little Falls/ Strubens Valley residents for donating eggs and treats for the kiddies bags, as well as our sponsors BCI Security, Boxman Strubensvalley, Hadeda Bakery, Melissa Winter from Keller Williams, as well as Fidelity ADT for arranging extra security for the meet. We also want to thank Creative Bugs Nursery School for loaning us the children’s activity tables and chairs for the event,” stated Claire Fauchet, organiser of the event.

LIFCO is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation with an exco and different committee members serving entirely voluntarily with no pay and for the benefit of the whole community of Strubensvalley/Little falls, whether they are a homeowner or a tenant.
We rely on community engagement and financial contributions from residents and businesses alike. A community working together to donate time, professional skills or financially helps in making our suburbs great!
